Anonymous: I don't understand the kerfuffle about period blood. I'm sure they could have gotten the point across another way, but there was something dramatic and startling about the blood against the white underwear. It's a good visual, which is a point of tv a visual media afterall. Maybe period blood is icky, but so is Pete holding a dead man and flopping him on the couch.
